Additional Info

All volunteers must sign up.

  • Volunteers are required to attend one of four meetings. The meeting is required for new volunteers.

  • Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

  • All volunteers are required to commit to working a minimum of 2hrs the day of the Festival

  • Volunteers sign up to work specific Roles at the festival. However, if the Volunteer Coordinator cannot assign you to that role, you may be assigned to a different role.

  • Volunteers are expected to carry out the duties of their assigned position. They may also be asked to fill in at other positions as needed.

  • Volunteers will not be scheduled All day. It is important that you have the opportunity to take a break between shows and travel safely. Thank you for your help !
